please Limit your child milk intake up to 250 to 500ml per day.
because too much milk intake can cause low appetite and low iron level in kids.
please keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
use natural herbs and spices like ginger, garlic, ajwain seeds etc while making food for your child it will work as natural appetizer.
encourage your child to do more physical activities
maintain good hygiene
