A. hi mom. avoid giving all kind of junk food and sweets to the child so that the child will turn towards the healthy food specific and you can give any kind of sweet which is made up of jaggery or the dates which is very healthy. give more amount of protein rich food such as meet paneer tofu egg. include dairy products in the daily diet and also give more amount of a dry fruits and fruits
