#AskTheExpert How to increase my feeding?.. already i used lactaways and Lactacare tablets, but no use. still it s n low. my baby sucking and crying again again.. what can i do sir.. my baby like only mother feed.. if i give formula she will split it.

A. Hello mom other way that could mostly help with good milk production would be such as garlic, oats , flax seeds, panjiri , dry fruits and nuts , drum stick leave , fenugreek leaves, Amarnath leaves etc , jeera or ajwain or saunf eater ,
