#asktheexpert how to increase haemoglobin in my baby's blood? he always has a low haemoglobin even though his diet is good.

A. include fresh mausami juice pulses cereal legumes milk products beet root pomegranate into the diet more. encourage the kid in physical activity. reduce screen time. nuts and very good source of increasing hemoglobin.
