You can improvise nutrition in deal meals by including all the nutrient in the diet
Include fresh fruits and vegetables
Take different types of grains and daal instead of normal wheat or arhar daal like you can take oats or ragi or jowar or moong daal or sprouts or mixed dal or rajma chana chola
Include milk ans milk products in the diet too
Soaked almonds and walnuts should be preferred in the morning

Best way to give full nutrition daily, it is important to feed variety of foods in diet from veggies to seasonal fruits to milk and its products to non vegetarian foods. Mix different foods and then feed like mixed vegetable soup, oats with fruits and nuts, chicken soup, fruit smoothie, custard with fruits, veg cutlet, besan and beetroot cheela, etc. Restrict intake if sugar, fried and ready to eat items and keep the baby well hydrated with fluids like water, curd, buttermilk, fresh juices and coconut water.
