A. Home made balanced diet....fruits ,veggies ,eggs and chicken.physical activity and good sleep.

A. hi give home prepared Healthy diet . it is best to serve green veggies , citrus fruits , nuts , pulses, multigrain food etc avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
