the main thing you have to do is though it is hard, please stay calm consistent and positive.
say no to your child whenever it is necessary.
but don't scold or yell at your child,just say no firmly.
offer choice but not too many choices.
for example ,
you can ask your child whether he or she wants to eat apple or banana?
try to distract your child by giving toys or activities
