it's normal part of life
but yes there are the ways through which you can handle this:
first , don't try to bottle up your feelings, instead of it accept whatever you feel and whatever it may be.
second, identify the tiggers , I mean what makes you feel most angry or upset?
people or situations??
third,start avoiding the people or situations or learn to deal with them.
there are number of relaxation techniques for example breathing,deep breathing, progressive muscles relaxation, mindfulness meditation etc you can try.
Along with all these, exercise, spend time in nature,listen music , spend time with your loved ones,all these ways to relive stress and negative emotions.
