A. There is no natural way. The only thing you can do is either use contraception until they become regular or consult your gynecologist and take hormones for 3-6 cycles to regularise them

A. Hello dear parent! It all depends on the hormonal changes. If there is persistent irregularities in periods then it is advisable for you to consult your gynaecologist for a a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
