A. To reduce weight post pregnancy, it is important to eat protein and fiber rich foods and reduce intake of carbohydrates. Limit intake of sugar, potato, rice, fried and packaged foods. Start doing skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, skipping, cycling, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning.
