try to add healthy foods like almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo pulses potato anjeer egg coconut paneer to kids recipe for healthy weight gain

Don't use packaged and processed food, maida items , excess suagr and salt
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
Don't over use senitizer antibiotics and antibacterials.
Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
