Two to three meals , single small bowl.each time .
And the meal should contain any two items from the griohp of food given below
1. Soups
2. meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits
3. probiotics
4. semi solids like daliya khichdi etc.

Hello Mommy, you can start witha boiled Apple +one fourth of Apple initially) and feed it at same time daily and start skipping mik for that duration. Baby may take a few days to take it as a whole meal just feed it for 40mins approx after that if baby did. it take is all just feed some milk and feed this way for 10 days with one meal and others milk meals. then further add cereals like homemade cerelac/saboodana kheer/rice kheer / sooji kheer etc and follow same pattern for 10 days further add khichdi with vegetables like peas, carrots, potato, cauliflower etc. to baby meal after 10 days
