Namaste Mom As per the age of the baby they. can be given semi solids and mashed foods but if you are giving anything apart from.formula for the first time then start with liquid foods and gradually to semi solids start one thing at a time , in small quantities say a few tsp , slowly increase the quantity, variety and number of meals
