Hello ma’am See the food should be in such a manner light and easy to digest and if your child is active physically running and doing all the other physical activities then food is going to die just on its own only and just give a limited portion size to the child in every meal which is enough for the child to fill up at least 90% of the tummy and leave 10% empty which helps in easy digestion
