Hello ma’am Oh what you can do is you can just start applying oil almond oil or any other oil that you are most comfortable with and make some vitamin E capsules to eat and any kind of essential oil that suits you the best start applying it on a regular basis and then you can keep it overnight also if you want to and wash it would like to tell you that you should always use chemical free products for the hair specifically after delivery
