ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Your 3 month old baby is having gases.. Feed in upright position. Allow her a good latch. Burping after every feeding, will help her ease the gas. To relive gases pain-,Apply hing paste around navel Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. And do leg folding exercise.
