Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi as such no need to clean the tongue but if there is much milk accumalation there then you should clean it it can cause Fungal Infection or oral thrush so please clean it with baby friendly tongue cleaner like Babyhug tongue cleaner or using wet Cotton clothe
