Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if you want to clean the tongue of the form 7 months old baby you can use your finger and just with the clean cloth you can just clean it gradually

When You give a bath to the child you can always clean the mouth of your child with a tongue cleaner and just take a soft wet cloth and just clean the gums of your child at the same time when you giving out the bath to the child I think that should work for you
