A. not necessarily always. you can clean with soap n water.See for any type of skin lesions do not assume to be anything .its always better to show to a specialist online or offline and get the right treatment started in time .ok

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please clean baby private area with luke warm water on daily basis and Also you should not open it forcefully and it is a natural process and also evaluate once with doctor of on person. take care
