Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem in cleaning the the nose and eyes of the baby with a clean cloth after giving bath also but try not to clean the ears of the baby

it is natural
if necessary you can consult with your pediatrician about this matter and do it to them
please don't touch it near this
chances of infection is there
please maintain hygiene properly
