#asktheexpert How to change my mindset for eating foods?bcz now I don’t want foods.

A. hi mam, if you don't feel hungry , take some Natural apetizer like soup , coconut water, ajwain seeds water etc before half an hour of meal. or you can take tiny piece of ginger with pinch salt and few drops of lemon juice daily before half an hour of meal time.
