A. urinary infection is very common in females. this can be prevented mainly by taking plenty of fluids which will help in decreasing the chances of concentrated urine as well as infection. at the same time the urinary area should be cleaned with only water and try to avoid any type of soap and cleaning agents.s at the same time after passing stool the perianal area should be cleaned from front to back.d if the cleaning area is cleaned from back to front the stool can stick to the urinary area causing urinary tract infection.z recurrent urinary tract infections s to be investigated radiologically

A. hi dear In babies, symptoms of urinary tract infection (UTI) include fever, irritability and poor feeding. Babies need to see a doctor as soon as possible if they have UTI symptoms. Doctors will do a urine test to diagnose a UTI. Most UTIs are treated with antibiotics.
