A. Dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 2 years old child, give small frequent meals 4 to 5 times a day. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds, walnuts and dry fruits like raisins, dates to baby’s food. Give all types of grains, cereal, pulses. At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer every day.
