advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits.
when given in proper quantity according to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplements from this food only.
this will help in improving the weight height growth immunity and nutrition of the child

Give some good sunlight exposure for better vitamin d assimilation. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care.
