supplements cannot substitute or replace food. and they cannot replicate all the nutrients and benefits of whole foods.
supplements should be taken only where diet or people hqve deficiency which they cannot fix.
stick to whole foods , natural foods , seasonal foods and local foods.

Hi C supplements are important only to build an immunity and to meet the deficiencies in the body which the food is not providing us every day there is even organic food available but how can you trust it hundred percent that it is organic and now there is no guarantee of anything when you live you are you know where everything is adulterated these days so it’s better that you give supplements just to meet deficiencies in the body
