#asktheexpert How much water to give 7 months old baby? Also I feed him half a bowl food is that ok? Or is it to much ? I give 5 teaspoons twice a day

Depending on your babies, hydration needs, and the weather outside you might give around hundred to 200 mL of water to your baby. Gradually introduced all food groups in your child’s daily diet and keep hydrated along with daily breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
