ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, if birth weight of your baby was 4.2 kg, then weight after 2 months should be around 5 - 5.2 kg. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
