Q.

#AskTheExpert how much protein should be given to a3yrs old child . I m giving cow milk 250ml 3times and two small bowl of dal with rice. is this enough. if I will give orange juice of 3orange =~300ml of juice a day will it be good . because my baby is fund of orange juice he demand s when ever he see orange.

A. give up to 250 ml of milk per day only.. the quantity of orange juice is also more cut to half. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein.
