Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. at this age the amount of milk to be given to the child is minimum of 500ml which will provide adequate calcium to the child. also after completion of 2 years of age you can add any health supplements to improve the taste

Hello ma’am If possible you can you should give milk to your child at least 3 to 4 times in a day somewhere round 210 ML at one point of time is approximately 1 L in a day if you possibly can give it to your child. As it is recommended to give at least half litre to 1 L milk to your child till the age of five years
