Q.
#asktheexpert how much milk I should give to my baby?...as he shows lots of tantrums while eating so i prefer to give milk after sometime of every meal as he is eating very less.

can give cows milk 100 ml twice a day or 200 ml once a day
add nuts powder in milk
or milkshakes
can give curd rice

But you should not be doing that because if you give milk every time to keep your child full your child will actually refuse to eat whatever you are giving so give little portion after maybe half an hour to 1 hour again try giving little bit of food to the child because food is going to give more health and nutrition to the child compare to milk
