As ur baby is one year old, baby can sleep for 10 - 12 hours at night and can take nap of 2-3 hours during the day.
If ur baby is is gaining weight then that means u are giving sufficient food to ur baby. As such there is no fixed quantity as how much food baby should be given to the baby.
