A. sleep will be taken according to the need of the child so if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern andd sleep hours and it will obviously change from time to time and then stabilize. if overall the child is play full and is well responding then do not worry about the hours of slee and the will not have anyd problem. (please note if sleep is inadequate then growth will not be proper so if growth is proper then no need to worry about sleep)

A. Sleeping pattern in children may be variable in different age group so if the baby is active and taking proper feeding with no other complaints most of the time there is nothing to worry. You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hunger.kpp In older children a proper discipline is required so that the sleeping pattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen time with sometimes can be the causative factor for disturbed sleep.
