POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. After 1 year , you can either give formula milk Stage 3 or now can introduce cow milk too. You can feed approximately 550-650 ml of milk everyday depending on the intake of other solid foods. Apart from it, give foods made from milk like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, milkshakes with dry fruits, kheer, custard, Dalia, etc.
