Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give 2.5 ml for simple cold and 4 ml for severe running nose in the child but after 3 days if it is not improving kindly meet your doctor to find the cause

Hi mom Give 2.5 ml or consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Use saline nasal drops Give adequate feeding BM contains natural antibiotics to cure infection like cold cough naturally Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
