#AskTheExpert How much amount of milk(FM) a 11 months old should take?? She is having 2 meals a day as well..

A. Hi Give baby atleast 3 solid meals 2 formula milk is fine Milk quantity should not exceed 300-400 ml in a day Feed rice dal, upma, khichadi , Vegetables soup. fruit smoothie to the child.
