POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You should 8dealky give 500-600 ml or 2-3 cups of milk to the baby and 2-3 times a day. Apart from it, also include milk foods like curd, custard, milkshakes, kheer, paneer, buttermilk, porridge, oatmeal etc. It is important to provide enough quantity of calcium per day for healthy growth and development of the bones and teeth.
