give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day

It Would completely depends as to how many times is your child demanding for a feet if it is three times or four times and you just have to feed your child according to that only because that’s right and the correct path to feed your child specifically only and only on demand
