AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom U can give it 3-4 times along with three meals in a day. As ur baby is 7 months old u can give different varieties of food like ragi porridge, sooji porridge, oats porridge, khichdi, ripe banana, apple puree, pumpkin puree etc
