ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. after baby complete 6 months introduce top food starting with few teaspoon give up to half Katori per meal. give three meals in a day however it is better to give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups commercial baby food are high in sugar and also have added flavour for convenience and quick cooking you can also prepare homemade Cerelac

Hi, yes u can give, 2 scoop. u can see the measurements on the pack. 6. am- mother's milk 8. am- Raggi porridge/cerelac 10 am- mother's milk 12 am- vegetable puree(potato,carrot) 2. am- mother's milk 4. am- fruit puree(apple,chicco, banana..) 6. am- mother's milk 8. am- rice porridge.
