POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. A seven months old baby should be fed 3 small meals a day with 750 to 850 ml of milk. Still food will be in semi solid consistency. Start the day with breastmilk or formula and after an hour or so, feed breakfast. Make sure to bring variety so that baby gets all essential nutrients.
