PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...start giving two proper meals to ur child along with two snacks one in the morning n evening if baby is still on breastfeeding...It is always advisable to offer a range of healthy foods which means you give variety and all food types...never give only one food type..like include proteins fats various vitamins....healthy options include fresh vegetables (all )and fruits, dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses , paneer) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken clear soup..eggs I started at 8 month if allergy don't start), and whole-grain cereals and breads with roti n rice n ragi porridge or oats everyday...
