#AskTheExpert how long a child 1 year old must be sleeping and doing for overall growth given the condition that they are confined indoors

A. you should monitor your child that he is feeding properly and taking good sleep of about 8 to 10 hours daily then there is nothing to worry just keep the weight also in check

A. In general, New borns will sleep Around sixteen to seventeen hours per day. Older babies around fifteen hours. Toddler may sleep around thirteen hours. All these could be split up as naps and night sleep. School going kids should have a continuous night sleep around ten to twelve hours for good brain development
