The child's regular meals should comprise of cereals, pulses, greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, dry fruits, dairy products etc., There should be more protein and Vitamin C intake which are very good in building immunity. Actually after one year u can slowly start giving everything that u eat as a family may be in a less spicier version. Some food restrictions will be there until the baby is one year old like no cows milk or nuts or egg whites etc., but now u can give everything. Just follow the two day gap rule between introducing new foods. This will ensure ur baby doesnt become a fussy eater.
