ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. after its full healed you can take bath over it too ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
