ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear ma’am, yes this medicine has benefit but don’t take self medications. It has to be prescribed by your doctor. But most importantly remember milk production works on demand and supply. So encourage frequent breastfeeding.

Better consult your doctor for advice on the same. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Include green leafy vegetables and methi in your daily diet for better lactation.
