Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. ovewer all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with prkoper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

Hey There is no such diet plan for a two-year-old child you basically have to give everything whatever you eating on an every day basis that is the right diet for the child because that has everything which is beneficial for the child which has good amount of balance diet for the child
