Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. constipation is common at this age we should give more of what along with fibrous diet like green leafy vegetable and fruits so that to prevent constipation in babies . .

Hello ma’am By maintaining good amount of water into the body I think that’s the only way to deal with it apart from that you should try to give good amount of green leafy vegetables like spinach and all these things they also helps a lot and really good amount of water
