A. Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day . The best way to get your daily dose of vitamin D is by spending time out in the sun.  children should spend time outdoors with areas of their skin uncovered... morning sunlight is good. daily give vit d enrich food like cow milk, orange juice,oatmesl, mushrooms,tofu, orange juice, all dairy products, youghrt, Cheese, soymilk , cereals.

A. hello mum son light is a natural source of the vitamin D this is the best thing you can do to give vitamin D to the child the moreover if you are vegetarian you can add probiotics as well as dairy products in the diet of the child more and you can even give supplements by asking your doctor
