A. Hi, 8 AM-porridge 11 AM – fruits with dry fruit powder and honey 1 PM-rice and dal, vegetable fry and curd rice 4 PM-any fruit juice or milk shake 7 p.m-Upma, Idli. With this in between you can give buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home, water and keep your baby well hydrated.Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in a week.Write Your Answer Here
