POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. If you want to EBF, stop pumping, and only express a little as needed to aleviate extreme pain/discomfort. If you want to keep getting uo at 5am to do a full pump, do that. If you want to pump before bed, do that. But your body needs a little time to regulate to whatever you want to do.
